The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and modern. Every thing you needed was on hand. It was situated in a quite area and reasonably close to Durham and surrounding villages. We couldn't fault it, would highly recommend.

Beautiful setting for this well-appointed apartment. Owner meet us in person after our very late night arrival and showed us to our apartment personally. Friendly, professional service and ideal accommodation for our needs. Highly recommended.

it was clean and comfortable l, had fantastic views, quiet and near to all the places we wanted to visit
it was up stairs and was extremely hot ( it was unusually hot at the weekend) a fan would have been nice !

Location is easy for Durham - about 10 min into city centre - but a nice and quiet countryside location. The Arnison shopping area is less than 5 minutes away (supermarket, coffee shop, and more). We had a 3 bedroom terrace-style unit which had everything you needed to self-cater and to feel at home, with parking right outside the front door. The space was very helpful as we needed to store all our daughter's stuff for a few days between leaving her student accommodation and her graduation. The wifi was excellent and my husband was able to work-from-home.

A lovely stay; very good indeed. Easy to get around via buses running frequently from nearby bus route. Clean, everything you needed in the cottage. Easy parking. Beautiful countryside and places to visit around.

A warm welcome upon our arrival for our stay in a 3 bedroom cottage - Check in was easy and Harry was very attentive. The size of the property was great, as was the location. Parking outside.
There was no toilet roll holder in the on-suite - The taps in this room were also quite difficult to turn off.

easy to find, parking close by apartment, complimentary coffee, teas etc, bed linen and towels. Harry upgraded us to allow us to bring bikes inside, so helpful.
