Бронировали большой номер на 25 м2, но предоставили маленький. Не приветливая девушка на регистрации. УЖАСНОЕ ПОСТЕЛЬНОЕ БЕЛЬЕ И ПОДУШКИ (нормально спать не возможно просто)
Нужен ремонт.

Obsługa, możliwość zjedzenia późnej kolacji. Lokalizacja. Duży pokój. Miejsca w garażu. Bardzo pomocna pracownica, przedłużaliśmy pobyt, dopłacaliśmy za garaż, przez wszystko poprowadziła z wielką cierpliwością i życzliwością przez telefon.
Wszystko było super oprócz bardzo głośnej klimatyzacji, to jedyny minus.

Excellent public transport taking visitirs to the downtown. A shop and some restaurants in the house or in near vicinity. Equipped kitchen with complementary coffee/tea.
The floor was dirty. A wet mopping at least before the guests arrive should be done. The pillow was unbelievable soft and thin.

They really helped us out almost middle of night and let us check in. Place was good everything you needed was around this building! Thank you

extremely hot in the evening and night and when asked to turn it down, when returned to hotel, it was on maximum.
the beddings were not clean as well as the property itself, there were hairs and balls of dust everywhere.
pillows were not even close to the point of acceptable.
there is no insulation, you literally hear everything and everyone walking talking dropping something on the floor above you.
such a shame and differ from reality as in the picture the hotel looked great. doesn’t worth the money at all. I would at least expect clean bedding and normal pillow as for 3 stars.

Bed is fine, flat. Pillow is middle size, so it's good for me. Good black out curtains, there's no light at 5 in the morning. Bathroom is clean and water pressure is good.
There are some nails and hairs on the floor. No air-conditioning at all. There is some ventilation system in the bathroom which would not stop all night. There was very hot in the room. I was afraid to open windows because of mosquitoes. Inside were some already.
Very bad soundproof. I could hear everything from neighbors and outside.

I liked that we were able to check in at night without any problems thanks to the manager's detailed instructions. Cleanliness and comfort are a big plus. Help manager. Thanks a lot. Very good relationship with guests.

Unfortunately, we couldn't get to Poland through the border. I reached the hotel and explained the situation but managers refused to turn back even some part of the money :( But I see that the hotel is really nice!

It was opposite a the trams.buses into town.it had a good bar too doors along very friendly staff in
tMy key card did not let me in my room on the 2nd day and I had to spend all night in reception it's opening are 12_8 pm and not on Sunday s luckily a nice cleaner let me in .i messaged the property and got told by the property that the fact my key didn't work was nothing to do with the property will never use again
