My room was very clean. There is good wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful. After checking out I noticed I left my AirPods and I went back. The cleaning lady knew already and had put them in storage. I appreciate her honesty.
My room was on the ground level floor and it had two windows that lead to a patio. Someone nearby was smoking. I had to close one of the windows

it was close downtown & San Marcos fair also free parking lot
for the price, at least an air conditioner is mandatory, moreover cleaning staff is not cleaning properly under beds, when I arrived there was trash under it

Lovely receptionist & friendly staff.
Room was spacious clean and comfortable.
Two sitting areas on each level one had water & tea and coffee making area.
Only small negative was fan was very loud however earplugs fixed this
