A beautiful garden that is the best at this camping. A walking distance from the village, but far away enough to have peace and quiet. There is a kitchen and a fridge if you plan to stay a while. Very pleasant, green surroundings.
Only cold water shower. Wifi not really working.

The location and views are amazing calming, there is also a walk from the garden into the forest/jungle.
Where this place is situated it will always give you more than it takes from you.

quiet location, smart tv with netflix etc. beautiful garden.
beds arent comfortable, room is musty, nut enough water and barely warm, wifi didnt work properly. location is really pretty far from the village, 30 minuutes walk to buy water.

The ambience of the garden, and the sound of the birds. Feels like you are away from the hustle and bustle of San Lucas, but it's also not too far to walk.

it’s quiet and beautiful the nature it’s awesome the experience in the tent was gorgeous really recommended
it was too humidity inside the room and the smell it was no so nice inside the room and for the tent I have to put the clothes in the bed.

Gorgeous natural setting! A great break from the busy towns of Atitlan!
Gorgeous garden and beautiful view of the lake and surrounding volcanos. Also our dog loved it!

No breakfast, no front desk! But we had a good stay, quiet, and Marcelino was EXCELLENT!

The room was comfortable and all the staff I met were very kind and courteous. The price for a private room is good. The experience with the promised free breakfast affected the whole stay negatively.
The deceptive way of confirming in writing that breakfast was included and then extra payment was demanded ... in bad taste. I did not have access to any kitchen or dining area. The breakfast, cold fried egg, cold beans, cold tortillas and lukewarm coffee was brought to the room served with styrofoam. Served by a very nice young woman who said the food had to be brought to me from downtown (no wonder it was cold). Why would breakfast be offered for free, charge extra, and then bring it from a great distance to serve it cold? Why is there no kitchen accessible in the house? Why no place to sit and have (I almost said “enjoy”) the meal?
