Lots of bedrooms and space.

Big, clean house. Ducted heating. Good location. Easy to pick up keys from holiday rental office which was open weekends too.
Another set of keys would have been useful.

Overall very satisfactory.
The only real complaint that should be brought to your attention is that the BBQ was unclean and the gas bottle nearly completely empty; we had to replace that early in our first use (cost $29).

Linen was an optional extra at $20/person (I assumed this meant sheets but also included towels, bath mats, soaps etc)
Everywhere I have stayed before especially the more expensive end supplied these as an inclusion.
No internet, cable TV, or air conditioning upstairs (only downstairs).

Large place that accommodate 13 people easily. Plenty of room that we don’t feel crowded at all.

Location was perfect. House was great for big families, huge kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms all great size and staff fantastic. Plenty of parking and easy check in/out.
The bottom bedroom/bathroom has a really bad smell. Most likely due to water damage or leak somewhere. Couldn’t smell it anywhere else in the house. Reported the smell to the agent. Hopefully it is fixed for the next person. We will stay again. Great house.

The property is much bigger than it looks in all of the photos! It is extremely spacious and the location is excellent! We had a wonderful weekend!
