Staff were lovely, food was great. Good parking and price. Bedroom was a decent size with lots of hot water.

The room was boiling hot, there was one tiny fan . The bed had no sheet just a thick duvet. If you opened a window it was really loud with sirens at night. There was a lovely bath but nothing to put in it.. everything was liquid soap fixed to the wall.

Great location, right near the beach. Lovely staff and really nice food. Room was perfect too 👌

The room was large clean and airy with a large beautiful on suite.

If I’m being super nit picky it would be the stairs to access the rooms.

A superbly clean, comfortable, friendly find. Such a great room with a really comfy bed and spotlessly clean, too. The food was exceptionally good and reasonably priced, with a great selection of wines. Breakfast was also really good, and portion size was bigger than most we have had. The staff were so helpful and friendly, definitely a return visit is on the cards

Great location and easy to find, no problems parking. Nice room overlooking the church, very quiet on a night. Comfortable bed and room was very clean. Nice friendly staff very helpful.

Pricey food and drinks, we ate out. Whislt breakfast was good, disappointing in terms of no fruit or yoghurt options, had to keep asking for a coffee refill and only brown bread available - it is not that hard to find a loaf of white bread especially as breakfast is only available between 8 - 10am. Overall a good stay but not the best in terms of value for money.

Lovely spacious room, good shower, very comfy bed. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice too. The building is old so you need to expect to have steep narrow stairs, we didn't find this a problem but you need to be careful. There is a nice lounge area with books and games where you can sit in comfy chairs and have a pre-dinner drink or night cap. Very enjoyable stay for our golf break in Kent. Plenty of parking too.

Location as it was walking distance to the beach and facilities, the room was spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Quite a few dishes on the menu were not available at the time we had dinner in the restaurant which was not late.

The property is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was outstanding quality and the staff were knowledgeable and polite

Awkward staircase up to top floor room and low ceilings. There was only a hand held shower on the bathtub and no shower curtain or screen so made a bit of a mess.

Excellent breakfast, and very friendly staff. The location was perfect for our purposes - ie half way between Dungeness, to visit Derek Jarman's garden and the RSPB site in one direction and Hythe in the other direction to have a more town-based experience, with a bus stop right outside the Inn to enable us not to worry about parking. We came back to eat dinner in the restaurant on both evenings that we stayed. The promenade right behind the Inn is a wonderful way to see this part of the Kent coastline, and takes just a few minutes to reach Dymchurch town centre.

We had a lovely room (the Four Poster) but the bed was too soft for my liking (fine for my husband) and the stairs are quite steep !

Unfortunately my husband cut his head on fuse box outside bedroom 1, but staff were helpful & plan to rectify the hazard.

The family suite we stayed in was so comfortable and a good size, the children had their own 'room' and the bathroom was huge. Everything was very clean. All the staff were really inviting and friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and affordable.

I loved everything about our stay, the only negative thing I have to say is the beds were very low in this room which was fine for us but it may be an issue for some.

The breakfast and evening meals were very good.

The stairs up to the room were very difficult not good for older persons. Not enough storage space and comfortable chairs. The bathroom looked good but the shower didn't work. Did mention it to the staff but nothing changed. The exterior of the property and car park was very scruffy and tired looking.
