The apparment is big, comfortable, nice.
Short description is luxury in jail, just because owners too strict and create rules for things nobody else has. We travel a lot staying through booking+airbnb so we can compare. Parents live downstairs, owner lives upstairs. They come to the appartment when you are not there. For Wifi you have to sign some doccument about not doing this and that etc, first time we see such thing. For deposit you need to send it from EUR account, if you pay in cash on site then 12 EUR is taken and send to your account then. If you use other bed then previously arranged for sleeping (you start to be ill during the night and do not want to wake your colleague) then 80 EUR is taken for cleaning even if you covered the sofabed with blanket+sheet. Smoking is permitted outside but if you go through the entrance and smoke there then parents moan about automatic light to be activated, and if you smoke on balcony then owner moans about the smell coming through her open window. You must not forget to open the window blinds when you leave for the day so the plants get daylight, etc etc. So owners just too strict, would not stay again when there are so many other appartments around...
