Por trabajo o placer, solo o acompañado; es una excelente opción el hospedarse aquí. La ubicación es muy cercana a la terminal terrestre de Guayaquil, la terminal del Rio Daule de la Metrovía e incluso el Aeropuerto Internacional José Joaquín de Olmedo está a no más de 10 minutos. El personal es muy amable y el departamento muy limpio y con buenos servicios. Completamente Recomendado.

The best part was the cleanliness
The location was in a questionable neighborhood, on a very loud busy street. The building was locked at the sidewalk, into the building and the apartment. Without the keys ( if someone went out) the remaining people were locked in the apartment and building, a fire hazard. I have no idea how this could have 9.4 raining overall or especially location. It was frightening to walk at night, try to cross 6 lanes of traffic and to find a decent restaurant nearby.

Good service and consideration of the guests. We arrived at 11:00pm and there was a driver waiting for us at the airport. Also we were driven to the Malecon and driven to the bus station where he made sure we made the right connections. We were there less than 12 hours.
At the front if the apartment there was a lot of street noise. Not so much in the bedroom with the AC going. Also not within walking distance of the Malecon.
