Elvira and Saturday are just amazing, best staff ever

The employees were super nice and very helpful. It was clean and the common area was really nice decorated and clean.

I wouldn't recommend it for solo travellers so... there was only one dorm and the other people who staid there were family's with small children. It was really loud in the mornings (already at 5am). It was not really social and you don't meet new people that easily.... so it was not what I expected. But it's a nice place itself.

The staff was super nice ! The common area was amazing and it was nearby loads of fun restaurants and cafes ! The staff was super friendly and provided us with loads of activities and trips we could do!

They didn’t provide shampoo and bath lotion are all in one, the toilet door is blocking the way of entering.

It is located close to the "backpacker street", so you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are comfy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend to stay at Otu.

I have travelled a lot in Southeast asia in different hostels, hotels and this is the first time I give a bad comment. I would have liked to read these kind of comments before making the reservation. We paid quite a lot for this hostel so we were expecting something good. As a result, it was very expensive for the price. The pool was not really clean so we didn't want to take a bath. The room was globally okish. The WiFi connection is really poor : we had not wifi into the room so we had to go outside to catch a little bit a WiFi, but it even didn't always work (even outside the room). An animal was into the roof of the room so we heard scratches all night. Moreover, the hostel is really close to a Mosquee so we have been woken up at 5 am. If I would come back at Yogy, I would not come here and wouldn't recommend my friends to do so.

in the bathroom you can smell mustiness or sewage system. In general the bathroom was not so clean - for short stay ok. We had the impression that the bedding was not clean as well.

common spaces snd staff are really nice!

There were no proper plankets to sleep with and the ones I had smelled that they have not been washed. Towels were tiny as well. Rooms were not sound proof so you hear everything from common areas. despite quite hours (22 - 07) the staff let people to make noise late in the evening and early in the afternoon.

Great staff doing everything to help you with your trip! Clean rooms and sanitary is cleaned regularly

We had a blast staying at otu hostel. The staff is amazingly nice and gives you a lot of informations about things to do around. The hostel is in a nice neighborhood, close to everything. And the swimming pool is very welcomed. Everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommand.

Wifi not good No sink for the bathrooms

The staff were excellent, Olivera, Saturday, Andre everyone were courteous and kind. The pool and relaxing area were comforting, wifi was great and access to laundry and restaurants which are close. The dorm bed is comfortable.

The dorm room itself for 4 people is very small especially with luggage for all and very little space to move.

Great staff, nice chill out area and swimming pool, room was clean with good Wi-Fi.
