it was spacious

the fridge kept us awake for the first 5 days, we could not open the washing machine, we had no fob for front gate and gate to beach so one member of the family had to stay behind when we went for a walk on the beach so they could open gate on the beach. we had to rely on security guard to open front gate. if he was not around we would have to wait ages. our takeaway pizza got cold as we could not get in gate. we were disappointed that it was difficult to play table tennis as there were beds stocked next to the table tennis table. the tap was loose in the kitchen and we had no hot water in the kitchen we had to fill the bowl up in the bathroom there were no water down stairs at all. so we could use toilet or shower or bedroom down stairs. my shower went cold after 2 minutes.

Very easy check in/ check out. The accommodation was surprisingly spacious. Very comfortable for our group of 8. The development has well maintained grounds and a wonderful beach restaurant on site.

Well located. The complex was well kept and the pools were clean and have inflatable toys for the kids to play with. There are 4 bedrooms so we were able to accommodate our big group. The outside area was nice and the barbecue was functional and a great feature

The house is in serious need of a renovation. There are plumbing issues with the downstairs bathroom and the whole lower level smells of blocked pipes. The furniture was old and probably could do with a freshen up. The beds were not comfortable and the linen was basic and not great quality. We paid a lot of money to stay in this apartment and overall I felt that we could have done a lot better for the price we paid.

The location is perfect - no shops etc, but we knew that and didn't want/need any because we had a car. The apartment/house was beautiful, the complex is also beautiful - as are the pools, especially the 2 right next to the beach. Lovely, chilled restaurant with lovely servers. The beach is very quiet with free parasols and beds, there's a pool table in the restaurant for everyone to enjoy. Food was all delicious and not over priced. All in all, loved our stay here. I can't speak for all of the accommodations, because one of the 2 bed apartments we have also stayed in was not so lovely, this town house was beautiful though...but you still have the lovely pools and beach no matter which one you stay in.

WIFI is a bit sketchy and my pet hate is people putting towels on the pool beds early on then not coming out until lunch time. Rude! Other than that, Dominion Beach as a whole is a very lovely place to stay.

Old flat, needs renovation and things for the cooking needs to be checked and updated/refreshed to add missing parts. Bad cleaning, had to come and redo. Close to highway and a lot of noice from the traffic. Air condition did not work properly and dripping water

The kitchen was outdated and not clean at all. We had ants and cockroaches all over the place. It wasn’t nice to make a meal ontheven kitchen. The lights were not working properly in the first place.

there were some things that were broken, such as surround sound and projector. although that didnt really matter as the oled tv made up for it as its just a stunning tv.

One of the beds in the second bedroom extremely uncomfortable. Sleepless night. Nearly left apartment. I left belongings in the apartment and manager kindly delivered to my home in Puerto Banus.

The apartment was situated in the middle of complex, so you don't have a view or a usable garden(which was only an issue as our toddler couldn't run around). The complex is situated on a very busy road, so there is road noise. Luckily as we were situated in the middle it didn't effect us too badly. Check-in wasn't a great experience. There was confusion as they didn't have my correct telephone number, however I called at least three times when we were there and no-one answered. I also sent a few e-mails & the responses weren't helpful. When we managed to talk to someone about the keys, they told us to wait 30mins ( ended up being over an hour). -If check in is from 3pm, I don't understand why no one was available more readily from 3pm and why I have to call when I'm 30 minutes away.

It was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Our apartment was large and the beds were big too. It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen which was great as we have a toddler. It was easy to find as it's on a main road.

Here is a summary of my experience: The apartment smelled like what we thought was fish at the time. We suspected that the people that checked out before us probably has fish that day or that a strange cleaning solution was used in the apartment and that the smell was just temporary however very soon after we found the source of the smell. Extremely Unbearable Sewage Smell In Bedroom and Bathroom : When we opened the bedroom door is when things got even worse. The entire room had an extremely strong sewer smell in fact the entire front of the building had that smell. The bathroom attached to that bedroom was even worse and completely unusable because the scent was so pungent. This smell remained for our entire stay. Words cannot describe the smell in this room I have never experienced anything like this in my life. House Unable to Lock : The second bedroom was attached to a balcony by a sliding door that could not be locked. I looked at the locking mechanism and it was broken and had been for some time. This meant that we could not lock the house at all. This apartment was on the first floor and the balcony was easily accessible from the apartments next door of from the ground floor. I traveled to Spain with my wife and my three daughters, two of them are under 7 years old and this was the room that they had to stay in. In fact, we all had to move into this room firstly because I did not feel safe to leave them in a room easily accessible from anyone outside and secondly because the second bedroom had that nasty smell. Apartment Dirty : The kitchen cupboards/appliances etc were filthy, the sheets in the bedrooms were old, the towels were also very old and not clean. My wife contacted the agent and he said that they would not issue a refund This particular apartment was a dump ! Stay away !
