The location is fantastic, right in the middle of nature, in the countryside of Netherlands. The house in the back has a small private garden which we enjoyed when the weather was sunny.
We could hear the rain pretty loud when hitting the roof, since the house is actually a small wooden shed, but that was kind of romantic after all.

Perfect location, nice and quiet spot
Beds are very comfortable
And the place is well equipped
Only downside of the place is that it’s not very well insulated. Doors don’t close well, no double glazing. Could do with improvement on sustainability

+ friendly hosts welcomed us and were available for any help or advice we needed.
+ cozy ambience of the chalet, with art on the walls and small fireplace, all made it very pleasant during rainy afternoon.
+ location - beautiful nature nearby: the forest and dunes on one side, sheeps and horses to the other side, this made it very children friendly area.
+ bikes available for rent, which made it very easy to get around the town (5mins cycle from the house) and enjoy day trips to the beach and dunes.
+ very quiet area, you're woken up by birds tweeting!
- very minor remark on the bed in parent's bedroom-the mattress was tad too soft for our backs, but it's all the matter of preference
