The apartment is spacious with everything you need for a comfortable staying. It has a large, sunny terrace that is ideal for dining and relaxing. Excellent location, close to both the sea and the heart of Mima. The owner, Leonardo, is fantastic—incredibly he's cordial and friendly.
I hope to come back soon.

Leonardo is a very hospitable owner.
The room was clean, with new furniture and kitchen utensils.
The free parking ticket was provided by the residents for the whole of Cervia.
The hotel is located 150m away from the city center. 2nd line from the sea.

Rooms were extremely clean and spacious, with exceptional sea view. The residence is situated in the centre of Milano Marittima and very close to beach clubs. Staff was polite and really competent.

Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Apartments spacious, well equipped, very clean. If you want to spend a good holiday in Millano Marritima I recommend Residence Jamaica. I'm gonna return there for sure.
