Good breakfast. Great view from the breakfast room (which was mostly blocked from our room due to scaffolding!) Lovely staff who were kind and well intentioned but spoke no English, which made it challenging to grapple with the complicated prison-like gates and doors of this Fort Knox-style compound where there was inadequate signage to even make it clear which of about 4 tall buildings housed the B&B.

Extremely inconvenient location up a very long and very steep narrow street. The accommodation is on the seventh floor (14 sets of stairs) with a risky-looking lift. It was virtually impossible to explore the local area on foot due to the intense summer heat up such a hill, so we had to rely on numerous expensive taxis which struggled with the tight street. We had to deal with 4 dreadful gates and doors with different keys and shocking locks that were wonky or otherwise try to use door codes that did not work at all for entry to both the whole compound & the particular building. I HAVE NOTED THAT SEVERAL NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THIS PROPERTY HAVE ALSO COMMENTED ON THE STRESS & DIFFICULTY OF THE GATES & 4 KEYS & LACK OF ADEQUATE SIGNAGE OR INFORMATION, in contrast with the proprietor's inaccurate response to my review. When we asked to leave our luggage for storage on the last day it was permitted, but we had to give back the keys, so the risk of not being able to get back into the B&B to collect them due to the non-functioning door codes was too high, therefore our last day in Naples was wasted, as we had to take our luggage with us, making it too hard to go to Capri as planned. I will never stay in a B&B again! Only hotels with a Real reception desk to offer genuine assistance, as the non-English speaking catering and cleaning staff were only at the place in the morning and the owner of the business is not on site at all, so in the evening it is just an apartment with a number of bedrooms let to different guests and no hotel staff at all. Very unsatisfactory!! It is worth paying more for real service!!

Although the building looks a bit old from outside, the views from these rooms are breathtaking . The host is really good and always available on WhatsApp if we have any questions. The rooms are cleaned every day. Would definitely like to stay here again

The directions to reach this place could have been clearer. Having said that, once we called them, they guided us well.

Breakfast was very good and our host was nice and friendly. Nice room and bathroom.

We couldn´t use the balcony and couldn´t see the view from the window, because there was a renovation in the building. No one told us about the reno beforehand.

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, in a bright sunny room with fabulous views. Late check-in was facilitated for us and thank goodness for the lift as the B&B is on the 7th floor.

Finding the building late at night and getting into the building was stressful. But when followed the instructions worked!

great location on via vittorio emanuele, city center at walking distance, very close to bus and funicolare. amazing view from the common area and the room! very kind and helpful staff. I would come back to this b&b next time I come to Napoli

Everything was great! Bed was really comfortable! View from the balcony is breathtaking! Breakfast was very diverse and delicious and the lady serving breakfast was very cheerful and friendly! We would for sure come back again 😊

location was good. Alessandro was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived very late as our flight was delayed.

The accommodation was nice, clean, comfortable, with a beautiful view. We were satisfied with everything, the breakfast was also plentiful.

Getting into the house was difficult, but the receptionist was helpful and kind.

The view was phenomenal, the room was clean and the balcony was lovely. Riding the elevator was also fun (it's quite old). Be aware that the BnB is on a hill, but if you don't feel like walking there is a funicular station right next to it.

The walls are sadly very thin. But otherwise it was very nice.

First of all, I absolutely loved the view from our room. We've got 2 balconies with distinct views. I really appreciated the instructions given by the landlord regarding the placement of the building and how to get to the apartment. I felt like I was in an investigation game and finding clues hahah. Very useful and precise instructions. Everything was clean, new and nice ( furniture in a minimalist style, really pretty). The property is placed at walking distance from the most important places.

I think we are used to a breakfast with more variety but the food was overall good

The view from the B&B is incredible and cannot be put into words. The staff are super friendly and helpful, Aless is a wonderful host and couldn't have been more helpful.

The room was big and had a kitchen in it which was great but we didn't have the time to use it. The room is in an old building with a super old elevator which was fun actually. The breakfast was pretty average with no savoury options.
