The apartment was conveniently located walking distance from the Convention Centre. The area is safe. There are several grocery stores around the corner and a supermarket near the Convention Centre. The host is very service minded and reacts quickly to any requests. Check-in time is flexible and it is possible to store your bags. Free WiFi works very well. There are a few interesting sites to visit nearby but I didn't have time.

Restaurant options in the area are not great - mostly either pricey or low standard. Mr. Gory and Yala offer a good breakfast at a fair price. Taxis in the zone are extremely expensive (up to 60 USD going to the airport) you are well advised to book online in advance. The area around the hotel is neither beautiful nor charming.

We loved the cleanliness, the location, and that it had a kitchenette. Hector and Daisy were both very nice and helpful!

Decent size apartment, we had a 2 bedroom with varander and kitchen area, Clean bedding, floors and kitchen clean. Basic but ok, well would have been ok if not for the issues

ceiling fans very dusty, not sure when last cleaned, varander door would not lock, bathroom was awful, moldy, rusty needs completely ripping out. If they replace bathroom it would be an ok place, basic but ok. Also road very noisy and busy outside of the room, you could hear the traffic all night. We only booked 2 nights, if it would have been more we would have left to find somewhere else as my kids refused to shower in there and instead had to shower at the water park. I now also known why there is no bathroom pictures.....

It was laid out just as it was written up. It was very comfortable and just a short walk to the beach.

It's not easy to find. You have to go through archway 2 then over to the right to find security. Once I found the security guard, all was well. He was extremely helpful and took good care of me in getting to the apartment.

Not a single window in the room despite it being listed as having "city view". The only "window" went into the hallway. Room was humid and smelled terrible as a result.

The location is incredibly amazing, the staff isn't intrusive yet they're super friendly and they're there if u need them, the place is super comfortable and the kitchen is totally equipped. It's a fabulous place.

Very small. I would rate this hotel as a hostel.

There are only two good things about this property: the location and the free parking.

Where should I start? 1. We had the Ground floor "apartment" which is actually a room that has around 20m2 and not 32m2 as the host mentions. He also does not mention that the room does not have an outside window!! The window is very fragile and is directed to the corridor. You can hear every single person that is passing the building. 2. Due to the fact that the room does not have any source of ventilation the air is very humid and the clothes remain wet for days and of course, they start to stink. 3. Due to the same issue with the air humidity, my girlfriend and I got sand(that was in the air) in our eyes and we had to go to the ophthalmological emergencies to get it out. One of the worst experience I had in 8 years of travelling. Better pay a higher price than experiencing this!

Good app for a good price in zona hotelera, close to playa caracol. Very responsive host 🙂

Very big room, lots of facilities in the apartment in a good location. I always got a quick response when I wanted something.

The Internet in my apartment didn’t work good the reception was not good. it’s written there is a view from the apartment, but the view is to the hall

Maintenance was lacking. The fridge made loud, unusual noises. The toaster only heated on half the elements. The microwave didn't work at all. The shower drain was so slow that the shower pan would fill up and overflow if it was not watched closely. What passed for a third bed was just a mattress that was stood against the wall during the day, and flopped on the floor at night. No linens or blanket were provided for the third bed. Wifi was nonfunctional upon arrival, and we had to figure out how to make it work, because we had no communication with management. The room was over 100 degrees F when we arrived.

Location is unbeatable. The staff is very friendly, with someone available at all times. The Delux suite is spacious and comfortable. Definitely a great option for a short stay.

The suite is in need of a bit of TLC. The surrounding areas are underwhelming with the closure signs and empty buildings.

The property was perfectly located for my event. It is a simple property with simple amenities. It satisfies the basic needs.

The refrigerator was not cold enough, the freezer did not freeze foods. The electric stove top was weak.

A well appointed and very clean place with a great location. I loved the little details and amenities. The shower was fantastic.

I arrived late and did not quite know where to go, i had to ask someone and have the security guard escort me to the room. No windows.
