Un po scomodi i termosifoni, visto che siamo andati a capodanno, ma comunque la casa calda è non è poi così grave

the balcony/ garden, host was friendly when met.

The tv was very outdated so couldn’t connect devices or watch YouTube or Netflix. The pillows were non existent they were so thin and uncomfortable. Not as clean as it could be. The towels were very used, no soap or hand soap provided. The address took us to a the road over/ down and was very difficult to find the place from the verbal instructions. Once found had no instructions as to where the apartment was in terms of floor or door. When leaving was told verbally to leave them in the postbox, as we had work at 7am and would be rushing to leave. Find out there’s roughly 10-15 postboxes with no clue as to which is for the apartment. could be nicer just needs improvements especially with arrival and check out instructions.

A phonecall to the owner to say we'd arrived and he was at the door within minutes. He explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and its facilities. Face-to-face was much more pleasant than letting yourself in and finding your own way around.

There was a little terrace outside with seating but unfortunately it's position didn't allow the sunshine in. It was the end of March but the sun didn't fall on the terrace. But, it was still nice to have!

The host is a very friendly guy who can give useful advice regarding location if you ask) The property was clean and well equipped. It's on the ground floor and continuously in the shadow so you can sit in property or the trace and chill a bit during midday boiling time. A lot of restaurants in the area, 5 min walk.

Please fix the shower because it's continuously leaking. You could have bad times with finding parking space if you are in the peak season.

I was in apartment almost one month in very season so I think I have a real opinion. The apartment is very nice and cozy. The owner Gilles is very nice and put everything what you need in apartment. Everything is very clean, beds are very comfortable. Terrace is aslo very nice and big. Neighbors are also very nice and quite. You can allways find parking place easy. I will come again sure.
