Great location; comfortable; very friendly staff;
Dining options limited and dining room a bit lacking in character

It's a wonderful place to stay in, everything was great and amazing, my favorite resort so far.

absolutely gorgeous set of buildings well kept and cared for, everything was spotlessly clean. The staff went over and above out of their way to accommodate any requests. The breakfast and meals were delicious with incredible variety.
Used to pool, jacuzzi and sauna, again everything was immaculate.
Wonderful base to visit Petra from, would definitely come back and certainly recommend. Special thanks to Mohammed and Jawad for their incredible hospitality during our stay and excellent communication prior to arriving.
Nothing not to like!

excellent location overlooking Wadi Musa. felt very safe on property.
up the hill less than 10 minutes from Petra, we had a car rental which made it very easy otherwise you are reliant on others.

What a special place. Lovely old buildings, wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Very special.
Dunno if it is a ‘bad’ thing but this resort hotel is dry – no booze.

Breakfast was good. I liked the made-to-order omelettes. I didn't realize this was such a big tour group hotel. It could be crowded if you were there at the same time as tour groups. We did not eat any other meals on-site, so I can't speak to that. Room was clean.
Regarding location, in hindsight, I would have booked something closer to the entrance of Petra. However, I knew its location when I booked. When I decided I'd prefer to be closer to Petra, I couldn't find other suitable options. Our room was spacious (as expected, since we paid for a bigger room), but it was very dated, and sorely in need of updated furnishings and bathroom. I would prefer they take a sizable chunk of the room to improve the size of the bathroom. For such a large room, the bathroom was tiny, and not possible for two people to get ready at the same time. No counter space at all. When taking a shower, there was no way to prevent the cloth shower curtain from sticking to you unless you didn't close the curtain. It kept blowing in and I couldn't keep it off me, and it was stained at the bottom. Water would be all over the floor outside the shower, which they seemed to expect, since there was a drain on the outside of the tub. When asked our room number (valet, at breakfast), the employees would say "very nice room". It was a large room, but so outdated. by U.S. standards, I wouldn't call it a "very nice room". I would rate it large for size, but average for quality of furnishings.

Nice property, good rooms and lovely staff.
The pool area was understaffed the whole time, hard to find towels and little/ no offering of drinks or snacks by the pool.

Charming hotel with lovely grounds in a restored old village & a great option to visit Petra. The staff was extremely helpful & very nice, nothing was too much trouble. We were offered 2 options for the room which was a lovely touch.
room was very confortable with a free view, fresh fruits & water everyday.
Breakfast was really good with plenty of options and wide opening hours.
The swimming pool is nice (if fresh) and was very relaxing after long days exploring Petra
nothing really but probably better suited for travelers who have their own car as it’s not by the entrance to Petra
Buffet dinner was good but overpriced and the main dining room felt very crowded with tours, we found tables outside on the terrace which was much nicer

Outdoor pool closes at 6pm! too early…

The staff were really helpful and friendly, they helped to book Petra kitchen when we couldn't get hold of them.
The food was excellent, my friend is Coeliac and the chef helped her every time to pick food she could eat.
The room was really good, it was large with a sitting room and we were given fruit each day, overall it was very comfortable, clean and much better than we expected.
The location was slightly remote but a small niggle, would still highly recommend this hotel.

We had excellent rooms with a great view of Petra. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Two housekeeping staff (sadly don't recollect their names) were very helpful and gave frequent rides to our grandson on the golf buggy. Mousa in reception was particularly helpful arranging reliable guides and even phoning forward to our next destination. Very accommodative restaurant staff. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.
Nothing in particular

We had 2 nights here. Give a lovely room with old features and great view. Had a car so the drive down the hill to Petra was not an issue. Nice breakfast. Lovely pools. Lovely staff.
