Beautiful area. Nice private, roomy dwelling
Very nice but it down just a little bit by a couple of things the toaster in the kettle not working properly and needed a bit more thorough clean

beautiful location and friendly host
wifi wasnt working properly, there was an old pizza still in the fridge from a previous guest, the blinds in the lounge/kitchen were see-through

We were a little late arriving due to traffic issues but the hosts made very easy arrangement for access when we got there. The rooms were ideally aid out, very clean and fitted exactly what we needed.

i like the property because it has everything you need, from kitchen utensils, clothes iron and hair blower.. the property is also located near the supermarket
no extra blanket, not suitable for family of 4 (the husband has to sleep on the sofa) the sofa smells terrible
you can hear your neighbour room from the bedroom

Location was great the view was amazing and it was closer to the supermarket and shop and takeaways was down the road

amazingly simple check in. such helpful emails. attention to detail, shampoos, conditioner body wash, washing up liquid. all these things with a family made life so easy thank you
we loved every thing. only tiny thing is it’s 25 mins from Tauranga, but 2 min walk next to offie, shop, supermarket, take outs, so all you need. freest fir a family and price compared to Tauranga and mount soooo good. so not a Criticism just a comment

Very comfortable, well set out apartment. Nice, private outdoor area with BBQ.
No bad points. Bathroom wasn't huge but not an issue for me. I was very happy with everything.

No Breakfast supplied. Easy to locate property and the place was quiet and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay. We were a family of 4 with 2 youngish kids. The space was plenty for us. The bathroom is not huge but is fine. We would certainly recommend this place for you stay. We have done a number of stays in similar accommodation and this one certainly is up there with the better ones. Thanks again to the hosts.

Was a beautiful area and the host was lovely overall very satisfied

Host was very welcoming.
Instructions before check in was very clear.
The unit was very comfortable to stay in, I could even see myself living in it for a long time.

It was a great location . My husband had been unwell so unable to stay with a relative (covid test negative before arrival) so it was a comfortable place for my husband to stay while I was able to walk to visit elderly relative.. I would have been happy to stay there regardless as it was a lovely spot
