Pretty good place to stay in Benaulim area, as you are between the beach (10min walk) and all the town's main bits you might need. The flat was well spacious, no issues with cleanliness. Your stay is managed by the security guard Rajesh and he can help you out with anything you might need. There are actually 2 flats (S7 and S8) so your experience might differ based on which one you get. We got the one facing the main road, which initially was a bit of a disappointment as we were hoping for what we assume is the more peace and quiet of the back side of the building. However, it turned out better for us as the sun rises from the other side of the building so our flat stayed cool in the shade and at really comfortable temperature through out the day (which has been a problem for us at other stays). The noise from the road wasn't that bad, but if you are a very light sleeper, maybe keep that in mind.

Property was an apartment (living room kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom and balcony) basically furnished, cooking utensils supplied and clean bedding, they also provided Wi-Fi dongle for our stay which was a bonus…great location, quiet area, 15 minute walk to the beach and next to some great restaurants catering for all tastes. Caretaker was great and was always smiling…

The location was close to colva benaulim and varca, we rented cycle (electric ones) and it was a smooth ride, owner was very helpful and so os the guard who helped on the property through out. Swiggy Zomato works and u can go to nearby restaurants. Eat street in 2 mins walk, close to super market 5 min walk. 10 mins walk to benaulim beach

We new the location was good due to previous visits so that is why we booked The maintenance man Rajesh was very friendly and was always On hand if we needed any help

The room is in need of a repaint and a deep clean although floors and surfaces were fine The wardrobe space was minimal and not suitable for a long stay,,the mosquito meshes need refitting or replacing The swimming pool also needs a deep clean and filled to a higher level and the water to be recycled and the pool steps and some of the tiles around the edge were broken

Location is close to the beach. Rooms were clean and ok. AC was good. Location is surrounded by supermarket stores and good restaurants. We all enjoyed the stay.

Kitchen pan needs replacement. Pool needs filter and cleaning.

1.Location is very ideal to see all the beaches and other places . it's in center of the South Goa 2. Very affordable 3. Very near to majestic beaches in South Goa i.e. Varca ,Mobor ,Colva ,cavelossim ,Benaulim 4. Super market ,grocery ,wine shops ,bike / car rent , restaurants couple of steps away from the accomodation ....

Everything was perfect during our stay...it was so peaceful and felt like our home itself...Host was so kind and allowed us to extend 4 hours beyond checkout time due to our train timing.

Drinking water unavailable. Towels and beds required to be more clear and clean. Television not working.
