The place, the owner, the location

The hosts are the nicest people. They were always willing to help out. The property is beautiful, filled with foliage and well fenced. The cabin size is great for 3 people. The pool was always crystal clear. The location is great, everything is near. And there is a wonderful Asian cuisine restaurant right next to the property.
If you are planning to cook for most of the trip, you'll notice a shortage in appliances, utensils and dishes. For example: There is no rice cooker, microwave, medium size dishes, a second cooking pot or pan or a pitcher.

The hosts were great at communication (sharing local tips, coordinating payment, etc) and they really take care of their place. The room is spacious and beautifully decorated. Also, the hammock and balcony sofa corner brought a very relaxing vibe to my whole stay. The pool also brings an unwinding spot to the venue.
It is a detail, but I would recommend a tag/sign/arrow to be set on the main road and indicating where Shakti is - as it can be a bit confusing for taxis, etc.

Great appartment very close to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The owners are very friendly and you can even rent surfboards from them. We had a great tome here and will surely be back.

Beautiful oasis in Santa Teresa, close to the beach shops and restaurants. Scot and Natalia are wonderful and friendly. The apartment was awesome, perfect for is and our 11 month old son. The pool was amazing for cooling off in as well.
Thank you guys! Hopefully we will come back one day.
