I Liked that somone was there to help me check in and helped with the begs and ensure that I arrived well.....

facility even had washing machine and great wifi..... TV ...not sure how to control though to find the specific movie we want to watch
I was afraid as we went to the back of the building (underneath) at the parking for entrance ...which was scary coz i arrived night time...
heard parking was difficult ...but I did not experience it as I did not have car....

Very clean and the view is spectacular from the balcony. The property is spacious and can accommodate a big group of friends and family. The person in charge was super helpful and very professional.

(1) Thoughtfulness of the host - hyper consumer aware. Detailed instructions for checking in and out. There were bottled water available on arrival. Complete set of utensils and cutleries for use. There was also filtered water which means drinking water available at all times. A bathroom stool was provided for my wheelchair bound mother which made it easy for her to shower. My mother was very comfortable throughout her stay there. Liquid handsoap were available in all bathrooms and kitchen. 2 large beds in each room which means that we don't need to share beds. (2) Cleanliness. The place was very clean and everything was provided to ensure that we can also help keep the place clean.
Absence of Floor towel for when we come out of the shower. If there were Washing machine and dryer, that will be bonus.

location is near with everything especially the fiod and leasure..
the price its not clear and had a hidden chargers appear after full payment.The staff pushing you to paid extra deposit for cleaning but meanwhile in hidden chargers already stated the price with cleaning.I feel unhappy when they said paid deposit first before sending the location.Im already paid full price in booking.Before 11 need to empty the house and keep sending the message informing need to empty house before 11..its so irritating.Its not my first time im stayed in homestay or hotel.Better choosing hotel rather than this apartment.

The overload of contact in advance, not asked permission to contact me on WhatsApp, wanting to add me in group apps, way too many questions and messages. Even after requesting to contact me on Booking.com, still continuing to contact me on my private phone number.

The unit was nice and value for money, it can take up to 7 pax actually.
I liked the property; it was clean, with a higher floor with an excellent view.
I saw the proposed rate was Rm255 and didn't realize I paid RM390, including the cleaning fee and all... For that amount, I could have gone for a 4-5 star hotel experience. Please state the extra charges clearly during the initial stage.
