Great location, plenty of room, well organised and great array of appliances, DVDs, cutlery, flat ware etc
The parking space was tricky with a car parked for unit 1 so I parked on the street

Great location with easy walk to beach, cafes, hotel, cinema and other shops. Unit was well supplied with everything you need for a few days away from home. Only need to bring beach towels, toiletries and food. Unit has roller shutters to keep out noise and ceiling fans in both bedrooms as well as air conditioning.
Parked on street as allocated parking space very tight. Bathroom could do with a bit of attention to cleaning.

Great location. Close to the beach and plenty of cafes to try every day.
Busy service lane behind bedroom windows, especially weekday mornings. Blockout shutters did well to keep bedrooms dark, but not sound proof. Parking spot required skilful manoeuvring to get in and out.

Location was amazing, right in the centre of town and a short stroll to the beach.

Cleanliness could have been better. Seemed like it had been cleaned weeks ago so dust and stray hairs left to settle before our arrival.
Shower screen leaks at base of door so bathroom floor was always flooded.
No chopping board in kitchen.
Labels on absolutely everything was quite tacky.

Closeness to eating and shopping venues. Good size TV, comfortable bed and lounges. Photos need updating.
Mould in bathroom, big bed in small room leaving us both with bruises. Hopeless parking area.

Great location central to the main street of Sawtell, walk to beach, clubs and cafe's. The unit was well equipped, although lacked internet. It had everything you need and more to enjoy your stay, equipment for outside and inside, full of entertainment options. Fully equipped unit. It is great for families or couples just wanting to relax.
No internet which was disappointing, there was some maintenance issues relating to cleaning, and humid conditions unfortunately it impacted our health, however the property manager welcomed the feedback.
