Çevre lokasyon olarak Hauphtbahnof'a uzak sayılmaz metro ile 5 durak. Neu Pearlach semt olarak da çok nezih ve ferah bir yer. Hemen yakınında metro istasyonları mevcut. Ayrıca alışveriş ihtiyacınızı görmek isterseniz de PEP Center ve diğer marketlere de yürüme mesafesinde.

Room had a funny layout. And a very small bed for two people.

The apartments are really nice and very good value for money. Modern and comfortable. The area is a little out of the way but there is a large shopping mall nearby that serves food and has a host of good shops and supermarkets.

Unfortunately our apartment (109) was very noisy. There appears to be some postal sorting offices on the ground floor of the building and the works there begin and continue from the early hours of the morning and there is a lot of constant noise. The other issue with our stay was that the TV did not work at all and try as we could to retune it we couldn’t manage. Tried calling the apartment support number supplied but couldn’t get through on numerous occasions. This would not be good if there had been a serious issue. These two issues made for a disappointing stay in what are really nice modern apartments that represent great value for money, especially with secure off street parking.

No host to welcome you or help you out ( it felt ünheimisch"; one check-in divice from the two did not work; no fresh towels during our stay; the beds were not made during our 3 night stay but the worst problem was the terrible noice which started at 6 am from the post distribution center on the ground floor right under our room. ( singing, shouting, chariots, bikes, etc.) We never go there again.

Sound insulation is a disaster, the walls are as thin as paper. In the evening we couldn't sleep because the cell phone was constantly ringing in the room next to ours, it sounded like it was at our place. At 6 or 7 in the morning, there was a noise from downstairs, from the post office.

- Staff wasn't nice month after my booking they want me to cancel or pay 3 times more - they expained that my price was obvious mistake. I was right so luckily I pay my oryginal price. When i was check price in this place a few days before stay - it was only 25-30%more than my price- it wasn't look fair. When it was time to pay i have some issues with my card phone consultant almost yealing at me to use other method. It was my worst customer experience.

Very discret, clean, easy access location, good price/quality rate.
