At first sight nice appartment (BUT.. see under) conveniently located near shopping area and restaurants ; 20min walk to the port

Customer service : good luck if you need them - I tried to reach the emergency nummer for 1.5h and was 'occupado' and then switched to voice mail. I had been notified that someone would let me in but although I had informed them I had only internet in the evening at the hotel, they sent an access code at 10am same day. So I expected someone to be there and waited for 1.5h outside! The sofa is impossible to use - you only feel "iron"; the water in the shower never got really hot.

Clean, comfortable, good area, great value for reasonable price, great WiFi, all necessary appliances, cutlery and crockery provided, towels - pretty much everything is perfect

The pin on booking.com map is/was incorrect. Google maps is also useless (obviously that's not the landlord's fault, it's just something I wish I knew before I lost 1h looking for the apartment), I finally managed to find the place by googling the address and somehow it worked. I believe at least the booking.com map should be fixed. Hot water sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't.

Good location, easy parking in the street, quiet area and great value for money. Easy to get and return the keys.

Not much ventilation and a little bit of humidity inside.

The apartment is spacious and modern in design. It is well located and a great base for Corralejo.

The property doesn’t get a lot of natural light and the sun doesn’t really hit the outdoor space although the beach is only a short walk away so no too much of a problem.
