Excellent location in the centre of Cordoba. Large apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good Wi-Fi connexion. Small breakfast package provided in the morning. Friendly staff. Recommended.

the apartment / room in itself is very nice, it’s well designed, modern, good bed and well placed. bathroom looks a little old but overall a nice place and a solid choice for cordoba.
the entire building is fully dedicated to apartment rentals which perhaps explains why the welcoming from the receptionist was not friendly nor caring.
they also had their own interpretation of conversion rates from USD to ARS - not using the conversion given by booking.com nor by Google. in the end it represented little extra money (6€) but didn’t feel welcome at all.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well enough equipped to cook something.
There was a lot of noise coming from the street (busses, cars, honking etc.) and from the air-conditioning right next to the bed. Even with earplugs I could hear it. That was a little annoying.
The bathroom had some mold in the shower.

The apartment is beautiful and it is worth the money for sure!
