silencio , atendimento no cafe da maanhã perfeito, qualidade dos produtos, educação de todso os envolvidos ali, colchão do quarto e muito bom.

Atendimento da recepção principalmente, DETALHE, CORTEI 2 PNEUS DO CARRO FAZENDO A CONVERSÃO HORRIVEL PARA ADENTRAR A AVENIDA DO HOTEL , acomodação poderia ter opção de um BLACK OUT 100% , mas foi tranquilo. Segunda vez que falo sobre recpeção. Pessoal não esta preparado, toda vez temos algum problema, demora, sistema, nos atende falando com colega ao lado assuntos que não são do nosso interesse, atendem telefone CELULAR, acredito que quanto um hospede chega ao hotel ele quer descansar em um curto espaço de tempo. as 2 ultimas vezes que estive la ficou muito lone disto, MUITO LONGE MESMO, precisa urgente de alguem com responsabilidade na recepção FULL TIME.

Breakfast was good, room was really clean and the staff was great. Easy to get access to the car park and location was really convenient for what I was doing in the city.

The internet was not good enough to hold conference calls steadily, at one time it worked fine at another it was very slow. My room was facing the avenue so the noise was also something that could have been better
