Queda al costat de una estació de tren, i hi ha aparcament.
El matalàs del llit era molt dur. La nit de divendres al pub de la planta baixa hi havia música de discoteca fins les 23:40 i no està insonoritzat. Entre setmana no hi havia soroll.

The hotel runs a big bar/club downstairs. I stayed there one night (from Friday to Saturday) and there was a huge party with very loud music which made sleeping till about 1 am (at night) impossible. There was no info on the website, I got no info while checking-in. A basic thing you expect from any hotel is a possibility to rest and sleep. If there isn't such nothing else matters. I have never stayed at a hotel that would ignore and disrespect guests so much. But who cares that you can't sleep whereas they can sell some more beer and drinks at the bar.
Water in a bathroom is another issue. The water pressure was close to none and hot water appeared after about 15 minutes of using a shower. If you like cold shower, you are welcome.

Shared bathroom was next to my room and it was not found proofed and noisy all night

The staff were effecient and friendly. The room was basic but comfortable and shower and toilet were clean.
I would stay there again.
There is no lift so difficult with taking luggage up or down. Although the receptionist took my luggage up. The following morning I left early so nobody was around yet so I struggled to get my stuff down stairs

I liked the location, the building itself has character. The staff were really pleasent and room was spotless. The complimentary continental breakfast was a surprise but also very tasty.
Street noise was rather loud and one bathroom light didnt switch on

Staff great, location geat for where I needed to be that day and the following one. I have stayed here several times now primarily because of the location. The Crookson is beginning to feel like a home from home :)

The button to ask for help at the checking desk is easily missed, as located behind a plant pot, maybe a sign or clearer signposting could avoid this?

Staff friendly .alcohol prices reasonable bedrooms clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable.location quiet. But not to far from Glasgow city centre. Two minuet walk to local shops and restaurants.

absolutely nothing, my room was more like a cupboard, the bed was uncomfortable and the decor like out of the 60,s.
reception, the stairs are dangerous I almost fell twice, the carpet makes them even more dangerous. my room was horrible I’ve seen better accomodation in a hostel

Room and bed comfy,nice wee radiator you could move around.Staff friendly and a continental breakfast.
Shower was freezing in my en suite room,I had to use and shared bathroom shower but even that wasn't very hot at all.
