Breakfast was OK, and restaurant staff were friendly and polite

The location was perfect, but the rooms were extremely dirty from stained toilets to the floor and rugs. No towels and no bedrooms keys. Definitely not worth for money at all. Nonetheless, I made a complain and I was give a good discount but the hotel is definitely going downhill.

Nice staff at reception, elaborate breakfast options, plenty of activities in the hotel.

It's a very big and impersonal hotel in a weird location. There's not much around.

The service was WAY OvER THE TOP!! The food was great, the bed was excellent. The water pressure for the shower was super good.i wish I had brought gym clothes and a bathing suit. I toured the property and it was so exceptional. The manager told me that they are planning opening a spa in 6-8 weeks. They already have a steam and sauna. The facility sits in almost 7 acres and the grounds are lovely. Two tennis courts AND a full basketball court. Wow, am I in Rwanda?? The service was ultra attentive and the manager Was quite solicitous to making sure my stay was satisfactory. I was extremely impressed with every aspect of this hotel.

I am fishing for negatives here because it was such a terrific stay. I hate room directories. I like numbers (like front desk or room service) on the phone. Just a pet peeve. Caffe Latte was NOT good, whatever the price.
