La posizione a50mt dalla spiaggia. L'appartamento pulitissimo dotato di tutti i comfort.
La regolazione dell'acqua della doccia era impossibile, o caldissima o fredda. Il divano letto era un pronto letto che dovevi fare la sera e disfare la mattina perché era in cucina ed la occupava per intero. Non adatto a 4 adulti. Ideale per 2 persone.

La casa è vicinissima al lungomare di Capo d'Orlando e la spiaggia a 3 minuti a piedi L'appartamento perfettamente pulito è dotato di ogni comfort. Proprietaria gentile
Potrebbe esserci un'unica difficoltà poiché l'appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore

The location was excellent! Only 1.5 blocks from the beach. The area is residential, so we are away from the nightlife, but it is easy to get to the center with a short walk. The host was in contact with us before and during the trip to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies as well as cold water. Parking was relatively easy. The place had a washing machine and well-stocked with towels, etc.
Missing a corkscrew!
The place did not have WIFI, which we needed for work, and we didn't realize this. But the host went out of her way to find a solution, and brought us a TP-Link.

Paking right in front of the apartment. Well equipped kitchen (even salt, oil, sugar, coffee, etc). Kind staff. Cheap price. Big fridge. Overall a good stay.
Basic accommodation (you get what you pay 😀). The sofa is very old. The whole apartment would need renovation.

No wifi. Was confusing to get the key. Not much to do in town.

Very quiet and clean.
There was No coffee and there are no bars nearby. If you have a car it’s an ideal location.

Fairly good location, easy for beach, little walk into town. Super clean, lots of towels. Plenty of kitchen cooking appliances and crockery.
It was advertised as 2 bedrooms, but was one bedroom and one sofabed in the kitchen/ diner. Ok for short stay but wouldn't have suited us for longer. Description should be more accurate.
No instructions on opening sofa bed, where to find sheets. No wifi. No bedside lamp in main room for reading - just bright overhead light or strange multicolour flashing disco light! Not restful!
