The location. Value for money. The sunset. Walking distance places: Beach, restaurants, supermarket, sea activity agency. Easy and safe parking. All great.
This is the place to deserve the name "beach front"
Just a little traffic noise if you are sensitive about it. But, not a big deal.

Location was exceptional with the beach downstairs and stunning view at the harbour and sunset, beautiful and clean apartment with a lot of space, Andreas was very helpful and quick to respond. We had an amazing stay in this fantastic apartment - would love to come back again if we travel to Mauritius in the future.

The location is great, and the view was spectacular. Plenty of places to eat close by as well as a large supermarket. Our bedroom was away from the street, so it was fairly quiet. Kitchen well appointed. You could get fresh fish at the end of the beach. Having parking on-site was great.
While the bay is beautiful, the beach next to the apartment wasn't quite so nice. In the late afternoon, the locals played football right below the balcony. They were pretty noisy. But with an excellent beach just a few minutes away, and the kids leaving at sundown, these were pretty minor points.
