bright apartment with comfy beds and great location
we had to pay for the towels and it is €15 per person on top of what you pay for the booking.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Despite one of them couldn't speak english we communicate quite well. Huge terrace in front of the appartment - great for breakfasts or to dry your kitestuff ;) Everything was cleaned properly. The bigest surprise was the roof terrace with a beautifull view over the vineyards and Lo Stagnone <3 We absolutely loved our stay there!
You definitely need a car to move arround. There isn't a lot in a walking distance. But we were there for kiting so it wasn't a problem for us. We needed a car anyway. The only thing I can complain about are totally uncomfortable pillows and quite hard mattresses (my friends complained about it, but for me they were ok).

There was heating.
According booking.com maps the apartment should have been located directly at the lagoon. As windsurfers we expected we can go windsurfing directly from the apartment, where we can as well store our equipment. But the location was more than 500m away from water. This was really annoying, because we thought we booked a waterfront house. Instead the apartment above the flat of the owners parents is at a noisy road with a lot of smoke from fires of the neighbour. As a consequence we won't book with booking.com anymore if you can't trust the location shown on the map.
