Comfortable property in the heart of Playa Blanca.

A bit noisy, but only through the day.

Such a wonderful stay in Playa Blanca: very centrally located, spotless clean and very well equipped with all you need for a relaxing stay on Lanzarote. the host is very helpful and gave clear instructions about stay and what to do. Very much recommended.

Excellent location! Clean and comfortable apartment. Walking distance from beach, walking street, many restaurants and also the (quite big) supermarket. People on Lanzarote seem to be in general very friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and things are very affordable. A dinner for two adults and two 5 yrs old kids with fresh fish, Canary potatoes, salad, water, wine, desert and coffee was every evening around 60 Euros. The restaurant on the corner of the street had such a friendly atmosphere and good food (no Michelin star level, but just good honest food) that we ate there 3 times.

The biggest problem was every day to find a parking space for our rental car. If you see the condition of other cars we were happy to have full insurance without franchise because the locals park their car in any tiny spot. Irrelevant if it fit or not... The mattress in master bedroom had it's best time behind it and the pillows also could use an update. Furthermore the 2nd bedroom has no shutters like all the other rooms and since there are no curtains the room is not dark. The internet is limited to 2GB per day, that is normally enough if you don't download movies but especially in the afternoon the connection was bad because it is based on a Huawei 3/4G modem with a SIM Card. The 3/4G Network seems to be very busy during the afternoon.

Location was superb, excellent apartment and facilities. Within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach and shops. You couldn't ask for a better location to stay.

Noise from neighbours, but it is to be expected as is a residential area. Didn't spoil our holiday and it was over the Festive Period.
