Great location, beautiful Villa
Shower water temp and pressure not great, but this is Bali.

AC was off cannot ON again
There was a mice swimming in the pool in morning

the location was amazing, very convenient for us, 5-10 minute walk to bintang supermarket! the beds were extremely big and super comfy! the staff were very accommodating and very friendly too!
everything was amazing! the shower was a bit temperamental, not adjusting correctly to temperature, but just need to contact them to adjust it!

GOOD LOCATION, GOOD FACILITY AS EXACT DESCRIVED.
GOOD STAFF,
Need improvement cleaning at kitchen, We saw few cockroach egg there.
Also bath tub sink wasn’t good, especially need repair 3rd room bathtub plug, which was stuck.

The staff were fantastic and the villa was always clean!
There were quite a few roaches and the showers were not ideal for tall people as the extended from the bath and not from the wall.
