I liked the apartment itself, it’s spacious and clean, well equipped (everything you need you will have). The location is great, close to the center but still not noisy.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to persuade the host about our checkout at 4pm, despite the fact that due to Force Majeure we checked in 1 day later, still paying for all days we initially booked. Not pleasant situation and host’s behavior. In Georgia now money goes first 😅, not decency.

I felt like I was my home, I was completely comfortable, excellent location and away from the hustle and bustle, of course, i was in an area that i knew enough about.

It needed a little repair to the siphon under the kitchen sink and was on the spider web ceiling, the host might not have noticed it, but the apartment was great for recovery.

It was great.and in a very good location. It had a great view. The owner of the house was also very personal.Everything was the best.

Koba's place was exactly as seen in the photos. It also has an awesome view on the balcony. Shops, restaurants, and groceries are just within a few minutes walk. It was also close to the city tourist spots.

Very good communication with Koba! Very comfortable, central location - close to all we need. Restorant's, supermarkets, transport and shops. Free Wi Fi, lot of TV programs. We received "ocean" of information from Koba. Return to Tbilisi - only to this appartment!
