The staff are nice. The apartment is spacious and the interior design is something I love. And there's a balcony for hanging the washed clothing, it's good we could wash dirty cloth every day. The aroma shower gel is so good, but if shampoo & condition are also provided, that would be very good.

We arrived the apartment in late evening, since we were required to pay deposit at the reception desk during 10:00 to 14:00 on the next day. It made our plan difficult as we planned to join a whole day tour, finally we gave up because we needed to attend the reception desk.

The staffs were super nice and kind. Spacious rooms. The rooftop pool and garden. The theme and color of the apartments were nice.

Great place. Reasonably priced. Staff really helpful and polite and. Allowed us to check in early. Very comfortable with good facilities providing everything you need for a long or short stay. Although the pool is a bit small. In terms of location, really liked the area although a bit of a trek to the nearest BTS station. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it. My thanks to the staff.

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped. Ensuites to both rooms, additional 2 toilets as well. Beds so comfortable. Pool is small but perfect, only us using it, showering and toilet facilities at pool for after checkout if flight is a late one, even provided us with fresh towels to use.

Not really near much, 10-15 min walk to 7 eleven, handful of restaurants nearby but were closed when we arrived (10.30-11pm) If you smoke, there is no smoking anywhere except on the ground floor outside, not on balconies, pool area etc unlike others I have been to, I agree with inside apartment though.

Staff are fantastic, so attentive, nothing is too much. Our room was upgraded for our second stay and was very comfortable in every way. Extremely clean with room service available every 3 days. We loved it and were sorry to leave. Building tuk tuk takes you to various local locations and it is easy to get a taxi back. In the local area I would recommend Coffee Beans for coffee and cheesecake (lemon cheesecake is amazing).For real ale, Ekamai Beer House is good with a local beer on draft - you can walk from the Big C drop off point. Nachos are nice! This turned out to be a great location for us visiting family, grab taxis are easily available and foodpanda for ordering in food. The pool is booked in hour slots and we loved it. The pool is perfect but not big so having it to yourself is perfect, our family absolutely loved it and for young children the play area is nice.

This place was so big. I booked 2 beds and I kept getting lost! I was there for 4 hours without realising I had a 2nd balcony. Well designed very quiet and very clean

It was a little out of the way and their shuttle only runs until 5p.m.

Firstly all the staff were fabulous, so helpful and friendly from reception staff to maids and security guards. The apartment is very clean and huge, great for our visiting grand children. The pool area was nice and booking individual slots meant we had privacy, great temperature in the pool and good shade from about 4pm. The bed was superbly comfortable (the most comfortable place in the apartment), we had some great sleeps. Water, tea bags, toilet rolls etc were replenished every day which was great. In the local area, there is a very nice coffee shop - Coffee Beans - which do great coffee and excellent cheesecake. There are others but we preferred this one. We have spotted some bars by the Big C, which is one of the drop off points, so yet to explore those. Because of the location delivery is a great option, getting things delivered in Bkk is easy now, we had several shop deliveries from Tops and meal deliveries which were delicious and not expensive. The reception staff will organise anything for you, they are really excellent. Security is good for the building, we felt safe.

The location is helped by having a tuk tuk to drop off at various local locations but it would be nice to have pick up also from the BTS at various times as finding a taxi can take time. The tuk tuk drives there so it would be easy to pick up once in a while after drop off!! The sofas were a problem for us being aged 61 and 69, not at all comfortable and a struggle for our backs. I hope they can be improved soon, they are also quite stained and shabby.

Everything was fine, room number I stayed was 7A(Executive suite). First of all, the receptionist was extremely helpful and made sure I have a comfortable stay, made things available I needed even before I asked for them. The rooms were spacious, with awesome interior and modern furnishings. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and cutlery provided were more than sufficient. All the equipments provided were in good working condition. It has got a beautiful swiming pool and playground for kids, both on roof top. All three bathrooms were very clean. Surrounding was quiet and peaceful. Starting from 9AM till evening, every hour they provide free shuttle to nearest BTS station(Ekkamai).Highly recommended, will stay again if I visit Bangkok in future ♥️♥️

Location is 1.9 km from nearest BTS. Shuttle is there for drop from the apartment, but for returning it is a little hassle. Nearest 7/11 is around 0.5 km . Reception is open from 9 am to 6 pm , if any assistance required outside this time, its very difficult to explain to the security guards as they are the only people available to address and they do not understand English.

Location, size of the apartment, and staff were really nice. Free parking and shuttle to BTS were a bonus.
