Teresa & Vince are very welcoming. Comfy bed. Little touches like coffee/tea/biscuits in the bedroom. Peace & quiet. Close to East beach and local walks. 20min drive to Bognor Regis. Continental breakfast has lots of choices like fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese. Even provided as with soya milk as hubby & I preferred it than dairy one. Free parking. Good value for money.
Shared bathroom but this was already expected hence the cheaper rate. If you want to have access to the pool, don't book your stay between Sept30-May as it's closed.

Theresa and Vince are so welcoming, kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and a fan available for warmer nights. Swimming towels also available which was a bonus. We spent hours in the pool and the garden was a delight of colour and flowers. Thank you so much for an amazing stay. We will be back. (The 3 T’s)

Very friendly hosts. Loved the garden area and pool. Bed very comfortable.
The only downside is the shared bathroom however we was aware of this when we visited and this was reflected in the price.

The hosts were friendly, kind and polite. they made sure we had a wonderful stay. The place is amazing, with a pool and a beautiful garden well kept and decorated. It was like being abroad. Everything was very clean and tidy. Thank you.

The room was very small for 3 people, we had the upstairs room, the pitch ceiling made it difficult for my husband & my father in law.

The owners are great people and they behaved excellently with our family and the place was perfect, the food, the town, the people around us, we had a wonderful vacation, I'll be back for sure

Theresa and Vince were so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was just perfect with the added bonus of having the use of the swimming pool. The location was also perfect for us close to the sea, near local shops and not too far from the high street. I would most definitely stay again in the future 💯 😊

Harbour lights was amazing quiet location . Hospitality was great friendly helpful and homely was fantastic. Lovely couple running the place was just fantastic. Couldn't of asked for anything better . The pool was lovely just took my breath away thank so so much loved staying at harbour lights will definitely come again

Nice garden, good location.
No duvet, was very cold at night. Poor breakfast. Cleanliness was not spotless, spotty bedsheet, not clean glasses in kitchen.
