This house is perfect for family get togethers. We had family from NY and PA share the house and it was wonderful. The pool area is great with an outdoor kitchen area. The location is amazing and the house is great for family gatherings . The owner was nice and easy to contact if needed.

I’ve been visiting OBX for 33 years and this is my favorite property. Great layout and accommodations were great!

First time renting thru VRBO at Outer Banks. House was great, communication with owner was as well. Great spot for a family vacation. 5 Star Recommendation !!!

Didn't know sheets and towels were not included until days before arrival. Owner was very helpful to address it, but ordering everything and then making beds for 16 after day of travel was not the trip highlight. Very well equipped house. Nice location.

Great house and location for a family vacation. Two suggestions: 1) mention the need to either rent or bring your own sheet sets and towels, 2) install a shade on the master picture window - too much light for sleeping.

Our week was perfect! The house was amazing with so many amenities! There was so many things within walking distance and the beach was a short 4 minute walk (even shorter distance by bike). Our group consisted of a few families ranging from 9 mos to 75 years old, there was fun for everyone! This house offered so much space! The additional spaces outside the bedrooms met the needs of even our non beach goers. The games, books, and puzzles were a nice addition to all the pool and beach activities. This house had everything!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place. House was better than advertised in the pictures. Plenty of space for everyone with two families and adult children with significant others. Location was an easy walk to the beach and close the the shops when needed a break from the beach. Hot tub, pool and the outdoor bar made for great times after a day at the beach. Would definitely go back again. The decorations in the house were so comfortable and beachy, so welcoming

Decor was beautiful and kitchen well stocked. (One small note, pool may not be open prior to Memorial Day, so if this is important be sure to inquire.) Lots to do without it and we all had a blast! The whole family really enjoyed our stay here, the home is beautiful. We put all the amenities to use and really enjoyed the heated pool, and how easy it was to access the beach. We would definitely book this house again.

I stayed here with almost 13 friends and we always felt at home. Plenty of space whether you want to relax from a long day out or want to party poolside. Comfortable, clean, and very fairy priced with everything included on this property. I would gladly stay here again given the opportunity. Could not recommend more and I speak for 13 other people.

House was very clean with lovely furnishings and an excellent layout. Favorite things included saltwater pool (much easier on skin and hair than chlorine), hot tub, excellent game/book selection, well-stocked kitchen (the Keurig with the iced coffee option - genius!), comfy beds, video games/foosball table, and all of the beach toys. Wish we were closer to the beach but this was literally the only house we could find to rent for this week in OBX and it was such a spectacular house that we didn’t mind the 7ish minute walk. Tricia was excellent to communicate with and the generous cancellation policy gave us peace of mind should something unexpected occur in these uncertain times. Would stay here over and over again!

Beautiful home with lots of rooms, bathrooms and space for hanging out! Close to beach and shops! The outdoor pool bar and grill is a perfect addition to the home! Great location in Corolla!

Dream vacation! This was our first time in the Outerbanks. The house was perfect for 3-4 families. Spacious living room and dining room. Bedrooms were all a great size. Plenty of bathrooms. Pool and hot tub were incredible. House and property were big enough where it felt spacious and we weren’t on top of each other. House was very clean. Owners were quick to respond if I had any questions. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful property! The house and interior are well taken care of and beautifully decorated. The game room is awesome. Love the movie and board game collections too! The beach is so close and the heated pool was a life saver for us in March weather. Overall great experience and would rent again! The owner was helpful and responded quickly to questions.
