The location, the price point, the amenities and also the ambience. The bath tub was a pleasant surprise.
The directions to the location. Perhaps using the Bustani Apartments as a placeholder name to locate the location. When I type in Kijani it doesn't even appear on UBER. However, more like an advice.

I liked everything. The host, the staff, the service, their quick response to calls for assistance, the place was amazing. I'm definitely doing Kijani everytime I'm in Mombasa!!

I liked that the lady who picked the phone was courteous and polite.
First off,it took a long time to get hold of them.We kept calling to confirm our reservation and it took a while before our calls were picked.
When that finally happened we were directed to wait for their call at 10:00 when the guests would have checked out(a great thought in my opinion)however,we were never communicated to and had to look for a different place.

the address is wrong...it's on Links Road..wasted half an hour trying to find the apartment..the owner needs to update the name & address of the apartment !!!
