It was ideal for a stay in Ayrshire very warm and comfortable and ideal for visiting the surrounding countryside and towns.

Everything was ok. Apartment, location and everything for a stay was in the apartment. The owner was available if anything was not correct but was not needed..

The apartment was spotlessly clean, welcoming and had everything we needed plus little thoughtful extras. Private parking in a quiet location and well appointed for visiting the beach or town on foot or by car. Joanne made sure we had a wonderful stay from arrival to departure and we will definitely be back. If you are looking to eat out you can't go past The Fox & Willow, The 3 Idiots (where we had amazing tapas) or Marco's Fish n Chips for a traditional sea side treat, but we only had 3 days!

Beautifully furnished and sensibly equipped - this lovely flat had everything we needed. Immaculately clean. Bed was fabulously comfortable. Cosy. Quiet location. We found the view of the docks and the sea/coast beyond fascinating. Very handy for walking into town or along prom. Parking and access very easy. Host was super helpful and attentive. Couldn't have asked for more.
Can't think of any way the flat could be improved.

Location was perfect for the town centre and within walking distance of the local facility we were visiting.
With the beach so close by we had the very best of everything Ayr had to offer.

Had a wonderful midweek break in this lovely apartment.The property was absolutely spotless and furnishings to a very high standard.We have dealt with many hosts in private rentals over the years but I must say Joanne went that extra mile to be so helpful and accommodating, nothing was any trouble and kept in contact to see if everything was ok .

Great location very near to the town centre but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Car parking was easy with a reserved space in front of the apartment block. Lovely host who met us to let us in and hand over the keys. Good contact with her throughout our visit. Apartment had everything we required to self cater for three days. Note - on the second floor but stairs and lift available.
Mattress was a bit soft for me - but that is a personal preference and not a complaint !! I would also have liked a small brush and pan in case of dropped crumbs , etc.. ( there was a vacuum available but I was aware of noise if I chose to use it)

There was nothing. All very straight forward.
Would have liked a pint of milk not the little containers, as felt bad using them all and not very environmentally friendly.

Joanne (host) was very nice, informed we could arrive early if we wanted, communications were very good. The appartment was spottlessly clean and was very nieicly decorated, It had everything we needed and the welcome package was a nice touch. There is a small shop very close and town was a short walk away. We enjoyed watching the boats and things going on across the river.

I can't fault the apartment, the location or the owner. If you come to Ayr you MUST stay in one of these apartments. Tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, all the amenities you could need and more. The owner is so helpful, nothing negative to say.

The appartment was very comfortable in a great location with a good view over the river Ayr and close to the beach. It was ideal for our 2 night visit and excellent value for money. Joanne was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Would book here again if in the area.
