Spacious and very good dry room. Staff are super nice and responsive. really appreciate all the efforts in making the restaurant reservations / birthday cakes arrangements
Carry heavy luggage up and down to the 1st floor can be difficult

very modern facilities and well designed, and also very nice staff shows us around and also clear the heavy snow in the morning

Great location. A clean, bright, cozy and modern property just steps away from coffee and restaurants (Penguin cafe and Tako Taco were our favourites). The bus stops for the shuttle bus to the ski fields were located nearby at the Bears cafe and Hakuba base camp. Kitchen had everything we needed and the Leo made sure we were comfortable.
If you like a flat soft pillow like me, then I suggest you bring your own. Otherwise no complaints.

Well maintained- great location and modern! Great use of space!!

Leo was the best part of our stay apart from the snow. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there and he was the best you could hope for in a host.
