L'endroit est charmant, central et parfaitement équipé. Un petit nid douillet.
Seul bémol : la taille du chauffe-eau, juste limite pour deux douches successives. Prendre des douches courtes, ou attendre un peu que ça rechauffe.

The apartment was in a very good and central location, with beautiful typical French architecture and walking distance from the main street with restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean and the communication with the host was very easy.
The apartment was on the last floor of the building and there was no elevator, which might not be convenient for people with small children or a lot of luggage.

Location was superb with after hours on street parking outside. Lovely view from the kitchen area.
Bathroom was quite small and a step up into the shower.

the property was perfectly located in the beautiful old part of the city, close to the cathedral, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, little shops and places of interest to visit. Our host was welcoming and helpful.

Amazing place in the middle of Le Mans old town. Everything to see was within walking distance. We arrived on a Sunday and parking the car in front of the property was free. The next day we had to pay a small amount to keep the car until checkout. Given the difficulties of parking in the old town this was very smooth.

Location was excellent right in old centre
3 flights of narrow stairs top room which was very hot. There was an air conditioning unit but it was so noisy so did not sleep very well!

The bed was extremely comfortable. And the location is perfect for exploring the town of Le Mans. Sylvie and Xavier are the most congenial of hosts.
