The accommodation was lovely
The instant coffee was so old in jar it was solid. We don’t drink filter coffee which there was plenty. The breakfast was very disappointing as nothing like photo in advertising. It was supposed to be delivered on a tray in hall from 7am. At 8 am we had to ask for it

I didn't realise this was a B&B when I booked (probably my fault for not reading the info carefully enough). Was not expecting to see family photos in the bedroom and lounge areas and although the two people I met at the property (owners, I imagine?) were friendly, I did feel a little uncomfortable with interrupting their gardening and window cleaning activities during my stay/after returning from outings.
Also was unable to locate the heater, so found it a little cold.

Thank you so much. This accomodation was excellent and very comfortable. We had the whole of the ground level suite to ourselves. Check in was so easy, communication with owners was always efficient and accommodating. Bfast was amazing each morning. Everything was super clean. The location is close to the shops and situated in a nice quiet area at the end of the street. We enjoyed our stay so much. Will definitely book again when in the area. A++++ and absolutely recommend to stay here.

We had a great stay at Beechwood villa. The property is ideally located for walking into town and the rooms are lovely, beautifully decorated and spacious. It's a very quiet area, and parking was no problem. Breakfast was delicious and delivered unobtrusively each morning.

everything! bit in Particular Sally. despite working long hours volunteering for the emergency response operation following storm Gabriella, she still has time to talk to us and make us feel so welcome. Thank you Sally. Our lives are enriched for having met you.

Good breakfast served on a tray directly to the room without disruptions. The garden is immaculate. The room and lounge are wonderfully decorated, one has the feeling of being in an English countryside lodge. 6 out of 5 stars from us.

Everything. We only met Sally, she was lovely. The home and garden are immaculate, bed was super comfy, great shower….. the lounge was amazing, as was the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much we recommended it to friends and family.

Spacious apartment, comfy bed, clean and functional bathroom, lovely owner and dog. Good location with short walk to city centre. Breakfast is healthy 😋
The owner was so kind to send us to airport when we were unable to catch a cab or uber early morning.
