Kitchen had everything we needed including spices and crockpot.

There was only enough seating for 3 near the fireplace. I would’ve expected another loveseat or 2nd chair— there was only a loveseat and 1chair

The clubhouse was amazing and the decor was stylish

Good location for us, clean, fit our needs well. First floor entry very convenient, would definitely stay again, second time for us renting this unit.

Dish washer leaks, hall bathroom faucet leaks, hot water quit working last night we were there

It was very hot even when it was cool outside. The bed was not comfortable and since it was so warm inside, sleeping was miserable. We weren’t there often enough to cool it down before we went to bed.

View, pool, quiet, furniture comfortable, cute decor

No working ice maker or ice trays, no cross ventilation resulting in very hot during the day, misinformation regarding clubhouse hours and no grill, either at unit or clubhouse. No vegetable peeler. Baseboard heater cover was knocked off. Too many extension cords. Unit would be very small for more than two people. No closet door and cluttered with too much stuff crammed into the space.

Location was great. Away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet, gorgeous views.

Some maintenance was needed on our condo. Shower drain, lights that didn't work, torn screens, window that needed repaired and a screen.

Good price! Fairly close to where we needed to be.

No A/c just a swamp cooler pretty warm in unit. Not the cleanest. No Toilet paper when we arrived. They show a gas grill in the pics but there was none. They did bring us some TP f airly quick. Not bad for the price.

VaCasa was unresponsive to the main complaint about the lack of A/C which was part of the Booking.Com listing and the main reason we selected this property - the property did not have A/C.
