Situé à un pâté de complexe OSCE et des sports et à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage de l'Okanagan avec tout ce qu'elle a à offrir. Une courte promenade dans la ville pour profiter de notre "World Famous" Farmers Market et Gyro Park. Passez la journée de détente sur la plage ou visiter beaucoup de nos célèbres vignobles de la région et de revenir à vous détendre dans votre maison loin de la maison.

I’m a travel RN and Ali was kind enough to allow me
to stay long term in her home (1.5 months) and it was honestly my most flawless and enjoyable experience, I had more space than I needed with 3 perfect sized bedrooms and 1.5 bath. The kitchen was my favourite space, which is saying a lot for me, Ali thought of everything! The unit was spacious, clean, had laundry facilities, a dish washer, and I was allowed to bring my pooch with me, which made it
that much better with it’s perfect location, between a yoga studio that I frequented 3 x a week and an easy walk to downtown shops and waterfront with my pooch. I can’t thank you enough for my stay Ali! Highly recommend!

Went away for a quick girls trip and the house was just what we needed. It was in a great location, easy to walk to okanagan lake & all the restaurants as well as down to main street for the shops. The bottle of wine left was a great added touch. The only thing that was a bit of a pain was having to wash, dry and put away dishes at the end of our stay. Would have been nicer to just load dishwasher, turn on and walk away. Ended up hand washing what we used so we didn't have to stay the hour to wait for dishwasher to complete the cycle. Furnishings were clean and well kept, made us feel like we were staying at a little beach house. House was well equipped for what we needed, coffee, iron etc. Would definitely stay again.

Spent 6 nights there with 3 friends. Had all the amenities and appliances needed. Comfortable and clean. New apartment and well maintained. Walk to restaurants and beach. Recommended

Property is nice, new, and a close walking distance to downtown or the events centre. Parking was easy on the street. Note in the listing there are bunk beds, but these are not there anymore. Not a big deal for my group, but might be for others.

Usually it's reasonable to just make sure they're in the dishwasher and it's running when you leave. It's a 3 hour cycle which meant we had to hand wash all our dishes before we left. Also, they wanted all the garbages emptied and beds stripped. This also seems unreasonable when there's such a steep cleaning fee.

This was our home away from home for 1.5 months. It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to downtown, the community center, and Okanagan beach. Loved having an outdoor space and the barbecue was put to good use!
The chickens that live down the road were a big hit for our 4-year-old.

Very clean and nice place. The only little inconvenience was having one bathroom for the four of us, but the very well maintained property and very convenient location close to the lake worth a lot!! We totally recommend this place!!

This was a great spot for a weekend in wine country. The only unfortunate thing was how rushed we were to check out on our short stay due to having to clean and put away all dishes/do laundry with an early check out time.

Great weekend home
I stayed here with some friends for a weekend away. The house was centrally located, easy walking distance to the main part of town or beach and a short drive to Skaha. We had an issue with the wifi, but the host was quick to respond.

Great location for exploring wine country!
Had a wonderful stay. Quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to fun breakfast spots or evening dining. The patio out front was a nice place to dine outdoors for breakfast or chill with a cool drink in the evening. We were 4 adults -bunk beds were not ideal for 2 of the group - probably better suited to younger folk.

Everything just as promised in listing. Good kitchen amenities and clothes washing. Easy check process. Close to a number of Penticton amenities including beach, convention centre and downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Near The Beach Retreat, Penticton, BC
Overall, the apartment was clean and tidy. The bedrooms clean and beds comfortable, but not enough pillows. Also, pillows too soft. House rules and instructions -- okay.
The condo location is good to drive in from the highway and easy access to city centre and lake beach area and entertainment.
This place is highly recommendable and will probably go and stay there again next time.

The space was very clean and well organized. The owner provided tons of amenities.
The location was quiet and close to the beach with a private outdoor patio. We enjoyed the dishwasher microwave and fresh towels and bedding. The air-conditioning and fans offered a welcome relief from the heat.

Good place, great location
Walking distance to downtown and the beach. Modern appliances. A little patio out front. Nicely climate controlled. Only reason this isn't a 5 out of 5 is there is only one shower.
We really enjoyed our stay here.
