It's a very nice holiday flat and well located, we went during the winter and although the weather is not normally so cold next to the coast, it was rather chilly during our stay there from 11-15 July 2021. It is unfortunately there were not any blankets in any of the rooms or cupboards at all ! The main bedroom's duvet was also very thin and small - ie. it's a double bed duvet on a queen size bed ! We ended up putting the towels on top of the children's duvets just to give them some extra warmth. The 3 levels or 6 staircases down to the flat level was also a pain and uncomfortable, especially for persons who suffer from their knees, etc. [The TV remote's battery cover was also missing and the kitchen's flouresant globe was also sort of faulty - flashing all the time. The extractor fans in the bathrooms/ toilets also don't work]

Position very good. Kitchen well equipped.

Impossible to park in garage unless you have a very tiny car. Also limed water leaking from garage roof which would mark the car.

Location to beach

No parking space available , no barbecue facilities, no lift you have to carry luggage down 3 levels

no breakfast

no telephone number for after hours problems.

Full dstv. The location is really amazing. Right on the beach front. Easy to walk to all the restaurants on the promenade. Fully equipped kitchen has pretty much everything that you need.

No wifi and no air conditioning but quite manageable with the super strong fan in the lounge. The bundle of keys got a tiny bit confusing lol but once you memorize which one are which that's fine.
