Alma is in the old city -- all of the attractions are within a 15 minute walk. Our hostess was extremely helpful --we generally communicated with her via Whatsapp and she always responded very quickly. The old city is a charming maze of alleys but there are many signs (in English) on the walls, including signs to Alma once you are within a few blocks of the place. After the first day, you will have no trouble finding your way around. And the apartment we stayed in was very nice.

Michal (our hostess) sent us information on how to get into Alma and how to access the keys the day of our arrival, but since we were trying to limit our use of the phone when we were not on wifi, we didn't receive it until we were actually at the location. It worked out alright, but it would have been a little less stressful if we had received that information the night before. Also, we found it difficult to drive to the location using Waze, which othrwise worked well in Israel. We suggest using Googlemap to find your way there.

The cleanliness was of a very high standard and the location was superb. We were contacted via whatsapp and all the relevant information and enquiries were communicated in a very friendly and professional manner (thank you Michael).

We rented 2 rooms which were beautiful, amazing designed. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well equipped. It was very nice to sit outside using the table and chairs. Location is also very good, close to the market and more. The host was very nice and cooperative. I would definitely recommend!

Very nice cosy place in the historical centre of Akko. Quite big room with all necessary things. Late check in possible with lock key.

It's a bit uncomfortable to bring the bags and go park the car outside the city. But staying in the old city is worth it.

The room is beautifully decorated, keeping the original ancient charm, but with new, modern facilities. It has all the equipment we could possibly need and is spotlessly clean. The complex (including the inner courtyard) is peacefull and quiet, but in a fabulous, safe location - steps away from the best restaurants, the harbor, the beach and the market/bazar. Our host always available, extremely nice and informative.

The option of breakfast (included in the price) would have been great. We had to go elsewhere for it.
