We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Levante. I was nervous about staying in an old house but it was so beautiful. Diego was so friendly and helpful, he made it feel really special. Everything was great - the pool, the beautiful grounds, just a short walk from stunning Castelbuono. We felt so lucky to be there especially in this difficult year of 2020.

The bed was fine but not the comfiest, although I'm quite a bad sleeper and still I think it was worth it to stay here. Just an updated mattress/ bedding would make the entire thing perfect.

We stayed in a double room in the main house which was amazing. It was accessed across 2 grand reception rooms ( where we were able to have our breakfast as well as an evening drink with the most wonderful view across valley to pollina and castle in town) the room itself had wonderful original decorations from carved ceiling to patterned panels. We also used an apartment which was well designed in a converted stable building across small courtyard. We were encouraged to use the lovely outside seating area to eat and rest making the most of the cool breeze. The hammocks and pool were lovely as were the grounds generally. The owner was charming- welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfasts were brought to the table each morning and recommendations for eating out ( a 10 minute stroll away) were excellent.
