The toilet didn’t fill the tank on its own. It did not affect our stay at all as there are two bathrooms but something to note

no wifi whenI was trying to watch Liverpool Vs Chelsea , which was not ideal. Also would be nice to have a bit more crockery, cutlery and glasses.

Nice apartment, very close to city centre. Had exactly what you needed in there, also had a garage to park your car. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Was an odd substance on the wall, believe it may have been rice? Doesn’t seem as though it was cleaned thoroughly.

Property was in brilliant location, the apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully! Made us want to buy an apartment just like it to live in!! The view was fab and had a great nights sleep! We stayed midweek so obviously cheaper than normal but only paid £40 and it was better than some places we’ve paid over £100 for! Staff were lovely as well and parking right downstairs, with access straight to side door of building! Already booked again for next stay in a few weeks! Highly recommended!

The only con of the place, which is not even a con really but would have loved a TV in the bedroom area to watch whilst in bed instead of the living room and the apps like Netflix weren’t usable for some reason but that may be us doing something wrong! Apart from that, which is a very minor and not an expected luxury, could not find a single fault! I think there’s a tv in the bedroom in the upgraded apartments but we only got the basic studio apartment so again not really a con at all, we still absolutely loved the place!

Large apartment with two bathrooms, the shower in the en-suite was really powerful which was perfect. The whole apartment was extremely clean and tidy and felt very homely and welcoming. We only needed it for one night but all agreed we could happily live there. Perfect stay, easy to access with no fuss and a late check out was no hassle, just a quick and easy phone call the morning of. Will be staying in the same apartments the next time we need on in Liverpool. Perfect location for Liverpool city centre also!

The location and it would’ve been a lovely intimate apartment if. Things weren’t damaged.

The bed was broken and the apartment was cold. Myself and my partner spent over an hour trying to ‘fix’ the bed at 0300h when we got back from our night out. When I spoke to staff about this I did not receive any consideration or acknowledgment, the response was very unbothered!!

Good value for money, good space and good location, close to city center.

No staff at location, Bed was broken, no shower-get and shampoo. Very poor quality of equipment (bed, sofa, wardrobe and table and chairs)

Spacious & clean. Everything we needed was there.

The mattress isn’t the best but that’s expected when going on holiday.

The staff are lovely, the area was close enough to everything, the place was warm & comfortable. Would recommend to others.

It was all good, could do with some extra kitchen equipment, in particular a sharp knife, a coffee plunger (as we had bought real coffee with us) & a frying pan. But all in all a great experience 👍😊

Cleanliness and comfort of the property. Good location.

Having to leave at 10am. We would have liked another hour in the property after being out late the night before. There wasn't enough milk for all of us and so we had to go out to buy some.

The location was very good

There was nobody on the reception desk at any time during our stay. When we arrived into the apartment the table was dirty with bits of food. There was not enough hot water for the 6 of us to have a shower. Three had to have cold showers. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. There was a smell of 'weed' every night along the corridor.

A really great studio apartment. I travel to Liverpool for work quite frequently, and it was perfect for me - cooking in the apartment meant that I saved money on eating out. The tea, coffee & milk was also really welcome, Very comfortable, warm and welcoming, I've already booked again.

Maybe shower gel? But very little was wrong, a great place.

really good service, there was a bit of a mix up with the rooms but staff were apologetic and friendly and it really wasnt anything too inconvenient or frustrating at all!

The location was fantastic. Mark (the Office Manager) was friendly and efficient. We had an early arrival and he kindly took our bags until the property was ready. On a cold November day it was great to find the property was warm and comfortable. It was also exceptionally clean. As we were only there for the weekend we didn't avail of all the facilities but the apartment is well appointed and had everything you would need for a longer stay.

I didn't realise that there wouldn't be any shower gel but apart from that very very minor issue there was nothing I didn't like.

Room was compact and cosy but had everything practical. Extremely clean.

Liked the location, very friendly polite staff! Room was very comfy! Quiet location and decent priced private parking under building at £15pn. One of the best priced hotels that I've stayed at in Liverpool. Definitely would stay there again.

Only one minor thing... bathroom had an odd smell of drains at times. But wasn't a major issue!

Shower did not work and I had to ask twice for a resolution to be made. There were no baking trays so could not use the grill and there were only two small pans (frying and sauce pan). Also no sharp knife or bread knife.

Location and having a kitchen.

Apartments are more run down than they were last year. Showers broken, one couple could not shower for 3 days, ours worked but shower head holder broken. Sofa had a large tare in it. Kitchen poorly equipped so no knife for cutting veg or chopping salads no hooks for hanging up towels.

Location was amazing and the apartment was really comfortable and spacious. Test the help number as no iron, responded super quick and within 10 mins they’d arrived at our door with a brand new one. Excellent staff!

Can’t say I didn’t like anything, just a little ware and tear (bath side not fitted and a burn on sofa).

Nice large studio apartment layout with kitchen dividing living area from bedroom. And large balcony with good seating facing west to watch sunset....or storm clouds.

Excellent apartment in a quiet part of Liverpool but only steps away from everything. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

Wasn't sure if neighbours could see in directly to our bedroom but told the glass was privacy glass and they probably couldn't. An inventory list would be handy as some things missing but passed on to Mark the manager. Also a slip mat in the bath is needed as very slippery when showering.
