Very expensive for what it offered and it was sef service mostly, could hardly find anyone to ask for help and didnt even explain that there is a keycard sensor in the mailbox to open front door, ended up calling service for 1 hr until they explained. I stay for the same price in 5 star hotel in Tirana Albania (Premier Best Western). Just very overpriced for what was offered.

The lights in the room didn't work. I didn't realise the breakfast time and unfortunately we missed it, I messaged but heard nothing so was a little disappointed. No staff visible

It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The caretakers were friendly and helpful.

The place was clean in general and in a quiet location. It seemed as a new place place.
The place had no AC and no working ventilation. Not only was it hot in the room and the entire place but you could smell the washing machines through the entire floor in that heat.

I liked having a roof over my head and not sharing a bed with anybody else.
I disliked not having a private shower/bathroom in my room. I disliked the breakfast choices, despite the staff making me a fried egg.

Big room. Had use of Hostel facilities which came in handy. Own bathroom. Parking was included and right at the hotel.
Have to call reception, no one there 24/7. A direct phone line or buzzer button exactly at the reception would be a bit more efficient. The walls aren't the thickest so a lot of noise was heard at all hours.

We booked last minute as it was on the way to the airport. However, the location was a 20 minute walk from the train station, so it was a little more difficult to access public transportation. It is in an industrial part of Ismaning, so there is not a lot to offer in the nearby area. For a quiet place to stay for a night or two, it is fine. The staff is absolutely wonderful and were overly accommodating to us. We highly recommend the place based on the hospitality of the staff. Thank you!
