The apartment was very central, in an amazing location. Nikola was the best, really helpful in anything we needed and very polite. The place is fully renovated in a modern and comfortable way, and you won’t need anything more. Highly recommended!!

Rezervasyon sürecinde fotoğraflarda gördüklerimizle gittiğimizde karşılaştığımız ev birebir aynıydı. Tertemizdi. Herşey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. Isıtma sistemi çok yeterliydi. Konumu harika, tam merkezde. Ev sahibi çok güleryüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi. Tekrar geleceğimize eminim. Herşey için teşekkürler.

The accommodation is located directly in the city center, near all important places. You walk 3 minutes and you’re at republic square which is the beginning of the city Center with a lot of restaurants and shops, pharmacies etc. You’re also only a short walk away from “Zeleni venac” which has a lot of busses to take you anywhere (e.g. airport). Even though it’s in the city Center, the apartment is very quiet, as you’re looking in the backyard. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean, and you have a new bathroom. All in all it was the best place I ever booked in Belgrade! Also the owner is super friendly and gives you a lot of tips for Belgrade. I could contact him anytime if I had a question and he responded within minutes.

The apartment is great! Very clean, centrally located and had everything we needed (even an iron!). The host is also very nice and accommodating. Despite our flight being delayed multiple hours, we had no issues getting our keys. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Location is perfect. Nikol is one of the best and he is really helpful.
The flat is smaller than showed in the pics and needs to be renoved, older than it seems. (Walls, kettle etc). If you can provide coffee machine would be perfect!

It is too close the old town. Especially good for touristic purposes. Owner helps a lot for local stores bars etc. Thx Nikola for everything

Nikola was extremely helpful and professional, the room was amazing and very clean everything we needed was there and he also arranged for us to store our luggage so we could enjoy the city on our last day. the location couldn’t have been better, highly recommended

The host was amazing. Great communicator and very helpful. Stored our luggage for the day after we checked out. We were able to access the bags when we were ready to leave. The apartment is very central. Great location to explore the central city. Good facilities and the kitchen was a bonus.

Location was very good, apartment was very clean and stylish, hosts are very friendly. Basically, everything was great and I would friendly recommend Aria Royal apartment if you want to explore downtown of Belgrade. Great value for money.

Perfect stay. Nicola is a top host, willing to help and very easy to communicate with. The apartment is at the perfect location to explore Belgrade and with all services nearby, including an exchange office with good rates next door. The very spacious room was sparkling clean, with comfy beds and top notch bed linen. The bathroom is completely renovated with beautiful furniture and an awesome shower.

The owner was very helpful and kind, every question that we had was answered and request fulfilled. Rooms were outstanding for the price (really modern and beautiful). The location on its own does not have the best view, but everything is in walking distance, public transport is right in front of the apartment as well as are shops. It might sound cliché, but we really loved this accommodation!
