Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood to stay when going to Arrowhead for a game. House was clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. We had a minor issue and the owners were there to resolve the issue in less than 10 minutes.

The bungalow was so well kept and very clean It is a beautiful place to stay in the host were very attentive and communication was very easy definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kansas City and looking for a well kept clean cozy place to stay in my experience here was great me and my friends enjoyed our stay it’s also very close to the Stadiums

This bungalow guesthouse was cozy and had a fenced in backyard. My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. The Neighborhood was quiet. The bungalow fit our needs and the price was fair.

This was the perfect little house for our stay. It was so close to the stadiums and had everything we needed. They thought of everything, and only driving 5 minutes to get to the Kansas City game can’t be beat!

Everything was clean and welcoming. The appliances work well. Back yard area is great as well. The bathroom is a tad small but more than adequate. My kids loved the upstairs area. The window acs kept the house nice and cool. The only sad part was that there was not an xbox as listed because we brought games. However, the arcade game was pretty cool.

Bed is not queen size as listed and mattress was not fitting the frame and overhang.
Should use white sheets to help display cleanliness.
Bathroom was too small and there were little ants around the sink!
Both doors need adjusting- difficult to open without force.
Yard needs grass!
Worse neighborhood to have rental - city ordinance to stop fireworks at midnight but they keep shooting off until 1am!

Came to town for a concert. Neighborhood was quiet and place exactly as described. It is less than 2 miles from the stadium.

We loved everything about this Bungalow. We were impressed from the minute we walked in. It was perfect match for what we needed. It is very nicely decorated and the hosts provided far more than we expected. The fully stocked coffee station, bathroom, & laundry room (spare towels & linens galore) truely added a level of hospitality we have never experienced. Nice, well cared for appliances and furniture. The hosts responded quickly to questions. Very comfortable bed, convenient parking and easy access to anything you want including the sports stadiums. With just two of us, we only used the first floor but the master bedroom on the second floor would provide spacious accommodations for a larger group. We will not be staying in hotels when visiting family in the future. A strong wifi along with the smart TVs provided for great streaming of all the programs we enjoy and the online access we needed.

Beds are very comfortable. Coffee station was cute and stocked. Tv was great. Great that we could have our dog there. Small bathroom so a larger person might have trouble. Stairs to the upstairs bedroom are quite narrow and turn. Again, not a problem for us but if larger, it could be. The boys loved the arcade game and separate bedroom up and away from the rest of the place. Didn’t use the washer and dryer but they looked in great shape.

This is a great place for two couples to stay and have nice privacy. Bathroom is small but adequate. Hosts were wonderful with communication. Coffee and snacks met us upon arrival.

Small bungalow at rear of residence. Easy access just minutes from I-70 and the stadiums. For the price, well worth it. Fenced backyard for our Yorkie in a quiet neighborhood. Be sure to visit Dixons Chili down the street.

Nice place for a short stay to see a game or explore the city
The property is clean and well kept. It had all the amenities we needed. The second bedroom is upstairs and the stairs are very steep. That's the only downside. Everything else was great!

We were in town for a mountain bike trip. This was an easy to access place, the host was easily accessible and responsive when needed. The place was comfortable and easy to relax in, I’d stay here again and recommend it for anyone also!
